- High Season Surcharge at USD 25 net/room/night applied from 1 July 2010 – 30 September 2010
- Peak Season Surcharge at USD 40 net per night applied from 24 December 2010 – 5 January 2011
- Compulsory dinner on 24 December 2010 is USD 40 net/person with min. 2 persons/room
- Compulsory dinner on 31 December 2010 is USD 60 net/person with min. 2 persons/room
